Absolute Winners

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 lifters per bell weight (e.g. 12kg), in each weight division (e.g. Up to 65 kg) per gender class.
If there is only 1 lifter in the weight division for a bell weight, weight divisions for that bell weight will be pooled together. |
EVENT CATEGORIES
Men: Snatch, Jerk, Longcycle Women: Snatch, Jerk, Longcycle Absolute winners are determine by way of coefficient (Reps x Wt. divided by BodyWeight) Winners choose between a Kettlebell Sport (Made in Italy) medal hanger, or $100 (or $50 depending on bell weight). Remaining hangers, if any, are added to the Lifter's Raffle!. |

Limitations:
The record you choose to break must be in your GRIPSTRENGTH weight division (e.g. under 80kg), with a bell weight that is no less than 8kg from the heaviest bells you have lifted in a recognized competition this year. The record must be attempted IN-PERSON at the Gripstrength competition venue.
